It is common knowledge that food cooked on an open fire develops unique flavours and aroma. Our cast iron steak grill has been developed for cooking fish, steaks, sausages, vegetables, mushrooms, etc over the open tandoor fire.

The age old problem of stainless steel grills is that the produce will stick to the grill itself, this is particularly the case with fish. All cooks have dealt with the problem of sticking with a regular grill, after cooking, the fish has to be torn off the grill, resulting in an unappetising dish.
