Ingredients

  • Beef Hearts
  • Brown Onions
  • Black Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Harissa (Ground Chilli Sauce/Paste – optional)

  • Vegetable oil

Process

  1. Remove fat (very tough) from Beef hearts and dice into equal portions.
  2. Place diced Beef hearts into mixing bowl.
  3.  Dice 2 whole brown Onions and add to existing mixing bowl.
  4. Add Paprika, black Pepper and Salt to existing mixing bowl.
  5. Add Harissa and 1/4 glass of Apple Cider Vinegar to existing mixing bowl.
  6. Mix all ingredients well.
  7. Skewer the Beef hearts with Onion in-between. The Onion will keep the Beef hearts tender during the

  8. Cook in Artisan Tandoor oven for approximately 20 minutes.
