WARRANTY

Artisan Tandoors warrants to the original purchaser that their tandoor is free of defects in material and workmanship at the date of purchase for the following periods:

Limited Three (3) Year Warranty to the original purchaser on all ceramic components. These ceramic components are not covered for breakage from dropping, improper storage, misuse (including incorrect first time use) or abuse.

One (1) year for all cast-iron parts and accessories

Thirty (30) days on other accessories.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

These Warranties are based on normal and reasonable residential use and service of the product. Commercial uses and related applications are excluded from Warranty coverage.

Artisan Tandoors are NOT FOR USE in commercial kitchens, cafes, restaurants, take-aways and bakeries.

Warranty does not apply to any incidental losses or accidental damage or breakage, or for any damage caused by: transporting; dropping; misassembly; improperly supporting; attempting to suspend the tandoor by any means other than an approved tandoor stand or solid, non-combustible surface under the base; commercial use; modifications; alterations; negligence; abuse; improper care; road hazards; normal and reasonable wear and tear; floods, storms or natural disasters.

Warranty coverage does not extend to scratches, dents, chips, crazing, fading, surface rust, appearances or minor cosmetic cracks or hairline cracks of the exterior of the tandoor.

RETURNS

Our 14 day return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packing, and in the same condition that you received it.

If more than 14 days have elapsed since the date of purchase, we are unable to offer any refunds on returns or exchanges.

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping, we recommend that you purchase applicable shipping insurance and use a service that uses tracking. If we do not receive your returned shipment, we cannot continue processing your return or exchange.

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send notification via email on the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the original form of payment less any incurred shipping and handling fees. In case of exchange, we will apply the credit amount towards the item(s) you would like to exchange it for. Refund processing may take several days and will vary depending on the original form of payment and your financial institution’s policies. Please be sure to check with your financial institution before contacting us as we have no control over how quickly your refund will be processed.

All discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Discounted items are still covered under our warranty policy.
